LUNCH: Cheeseburger, Sweet Potato Fries, Fruit, Milk.
--Central Lake High School students, Trojan Traffic is giving you the opportunity to showcase what distracted driving looks like to you. Starting on Monday, January 13 thru Wednesday, January 22 submit your picture to win one of three prizes of 3 Amazon gift cards, 1st place - $50, 2nd place - $25, and 3rd place - $15. Please see the bulletin board outside the office for information on requirements and submission.
--The Snowcoming Dance will be held on Saturday, February 1st for all 6-12 grade CLPS students. Middle school dance will start at 5:00 and the high school dance will begin at 7:30 pm. The cost to attend is $5. The dance is semi-formal and the theme is "Valentines". Because we are hosting the dance in the gym, please know that you will be able to wear only sneakers, athletic shoes or socks in the gym. Come join us on February 1st for the first dance in our gym! If you'd like to invite an out-of-district guest, please complete a guest form from the office and return no later than Wednesday, January 29th.
--There are 5-6 Char-Em summer camp opportunities that can be viewed outside the office on the table. Please feel free to take a brochure on anything you might be interested in.
--There is a Song Request List in the office for the upcoming Snowcoming dance. Be sure to add any (clean) songs that you would like to hear at the Snowcoming Dance by Monday January 27th.
--The cheerleaders will be hosting a bake sale today during both lunches.
--There is a Trojan Traffic meeting in Mrs. Hoogerhyde's room today during lunch.
REMINDERS:
--You must bring your school picture ID if you want to get in free to any home games.

Middle School Art class experiences STEM with VR Headsets!
Today was a fantastic day in our Middle School Art Class! Thanks to STEM Consultant Brandon Beltz, students had the opportunity to use Oculus VR Headsets to unleash their creativity. Some crafted beautiful 3D nature scenes, while others designed intricate houses in various settings.
