---The Career and Technical Education Department through Char-Em once again will have Career Academy during the summer.  The flyers showing available academies are on the table outside the office. 

----If there are any girls interested in Girl Scouts, there is a flyer with sign up information outside the office.

-- Boater Safety will once again be offered at the school on May 9th from 8 am to approximately 3 pm.  Lunch will be provided.  Pick up materials in the office and instructions on how to sign up. This is for anyone age 12 and up, even adults. 

--There are Little League sign up sheets in the office for any 6-8th grader interested in Little League this year.  Come into the office and pick one up.

--If there are any 8th-11th grade students wanting to join Safe next year, stop in the office for an application.

--There will be a cheer meeting on Tuesday, May 12th during high school lunch. Please plan to attend as there will be lots of information shared.

--Any boys 8th-11th grade who are planning to play basketball next year, there will be a meeting next Thursday,  May 7th, during high school lunch, in Room 10. 

-- Today’s theme for BC2M Week is Empowerment. Empowerment is the process of gaining autonomy, self-determination, and control over one's life, rights, and environment. You can empower others by listening to them, celebrating their victories, and treating them with respect. BC2M will be hosting yoga during lunch in the library. The dress-up theme for today is Blue. 

--Last day to buy tickets to the Prom at the castle scheduled for tomorrow evening.  Tickets are $25 per person or $40 per couple.  Please remember to hang on to your ticket for post-prom!  Post-prom will be held in the high school cafeteria from 11 p.m. until 2 a.m.  When you arrive, your ticket will be entered into a drawing for a variety of prizes, including a mini-fridge, a smart TV, and more.  Central Lake Pizza will also be donating pizza!  Please join us for the post-prom cards, board games, cornhole, and other fun activities!  Get your tickets today! Dance guest applications are in the office.  Any guest not attending Ellsworth or Central Lake Public Schools must have a dance form filled out. 

--The Central Lake Dance Program will be having their annual recital "Explosion of Color" tonight at 6:30 pm at the Ellsworth High School Auditorium.  The cost to attend is 5.00.

--There will be a PreK-12 Art Show on Tuesday, May 5th, and Wednesday, May 6th, from 4-6 in the elementary school. 

--For any student who is 18 or who will be 18 before November 3rd, is a US Citizen and has a valid driver's license, there will be a table at lunch Monday and Tuesday for you to register to vote.  Must have your valid driver's license with you.

--The Bellaire and East Jordan Family Health Centers are offering free sport physicals for one day only.  You need to have your parent call and set up an appointment quickly as space fills fast.  The flyer is in the office. Consent forms are also in the office with physical forms to take to the appointment once scheduled.  

--There will be a PBIS raffle today.  Get your tickets in by 8:10, drawing will be at 8:15. Two MS and two HS students will win a treat.
