LUNCH: Spaghetti and Meatballs, WG Garlic Bread Stick, Corn, Fruit and Milk.
--If you are a 9th-12th grader interested in Trojan Traffic, there is a sign up sheet outside of the office. The first meeting is on Thursday, October 16 during high school lunch.
--This is the week to nominate your classmates for Homecoming week representatives! Please check your email and vote for your classmate(s) to be the elected representative during Homecoming Week. Voting closes on Friday the 19th at 3:00 pm.
--Any student going to Homecoming; there is a music playlist for you to write down songs you would like to hear. Stop in the office and put down songs you would like on the playlist.
--Cheerleaders are sponsoring an orange and blue day on Friday, September 19th. Dress in orange, blue, or Trojan gear and receive a ticket for a chance to win the Spirit Day prize. Prizes will be awarded during both lunches.
--Friday marks the start of athletic eligibility. If you are playing any sports, keep those grades up as it will now count for eligibility.
Next week is HOMECOMING SPIRIT WEEK!!!
Get ready to have some fun and show your school spirit! Dress up each day to help your class win the spirit challenge! The winning class will be announced on Friday, Sept 26th at the Homecoming Football game.
Spirit day themes will be the following, an alternative for each day will be to dress up in orange and blue.
- Monday, September 22nd - Get comfy and wear PJ’s
- Tuesday, September 23rd - Jersey’s - wear a jersey from any sport
- Wednesday, September 24th - On Wednesdays We Wear Pink! - deck yourself out in as much pink as you can
- Thursday, September 25th - Anything but a cup - bring your most creative item to school to hold your water for the day
- Friday, September 26th - Orange and Blue Day!! - It’s the final spirit day, go all out in our school colors from head to toe and get ready for all the Homecoming festivities
Homecoming Dance 2025! Let’s celebrate our school spirit and get dressed up for a fun night.
The dance will be held at the Central Lake MS/HS Gymnasium on Saturday, Sept 27th. Central Lake and Ellsworth Students are both welcome.
- MS Dance will be from 5:30-7pm
- HS Dance will be from 7:30-10pm
Cost is $5/student
Drinks and Snack sold for $2
MS students only at the MS dance and HS students only at the HS dance.
If you plan to bring an out of district guest that does not attend Central Lake or Ellsworth the forms are available in the office, please see Mrs. Hibbard to get one. This is due back no later than Thursday, September 25th by 3 pm.
