Donovan Eggleston Assumes role as Head Boys Basketball Coach at Central Lake High School
Central Lake, MI — Central Lake High School is proud to announce the appointment of Donovan Eggleston as the new Head Boys' Basketball Coach, effective immediately. Coach Eggleston brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence that will undoubtedly benefit our student-athletes and the basketball program as a whole.
With a robust coaching background and a passion for developing young talent, Coach Eggleston is poised to lead Central Lake boys' basketball team to new heights. His coaching philosophy emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and the pursuit of academic and athletic excellence, Eggleston, a Central Lake graduate, is also a veteran teacher and coach in Trojan Nation, with eight years of varsity experience and two years of junior varsity experience under his belt.
Coach Eggleston expressed his enthusiasm for the opportunity stating, "I am honored to become the Head Boys Basketball Coach and excited to get back into coaching, making connections with the student-athletes and pushing them to be their best on and off the court."
Athletic Director Larry Rager praised Coach Eggleston, saying, "Donovan Eggleston brings a strong track record of coaching success and a deep commitment to player development.
