2026 CLEO Community Picnic
EVENT DETAILS:
Date & Time: Tuesday, June 16, 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Location: Central Lake Elementary School, 8215 Davis Street, Central Lake, MI
Past Attendance: Around 75 children and 50 adults. We will provide registration numbers closer to the event date.
Families will be welcomed at a registration table and given a “passport” activity to encourage a visit to each participant table. Completing the “passport” will enter families into a drawing to win a family prize. Most table hosts and activities will have space inside the gymnasium.
PLEASE PROVIDE:
Your own table and chairs. There is an option on the registration form to share if this is a barrier to participation or if you will need more than 1 table.
A table host and information representing your organization/program/service.
A kid-friendly activity at your table. The target age range for attendees is children ages 0-8 and their families.
Support by sharing the CLEO Picnic flier and encouraging Central Lake families to attend. *flyer attached!
WE WILL PROVIDE:
Dinner for organization representatives and attendees.
Ideas and/or supplies for your activities, if needed.
Please plan to arrive for set-up no later than 4pm and expect to remain through the end of the event at 6:30 p.m.

IT'S ELECTION DAY!Today, Tuesday, May 5, 2026, is Election Day in Michigan. Polls open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at your usual voting locationOn the ballot: 1.0 mill for continuation of Career and Technical Education programming throughout Char-Em ISD school districts. This millage was first approved by voters in 1996.Please vote!
